- Disposable Income: Individuals increase disposable income by accessing public benefits and/or reducing costs and expenses.
- Workforce Development Credentials: Individuals earn job-relevant licenses, certificates, or credentials.
- Housing Stability & Homeownership: Individuals obtain affordable, stable rental housing or homeownership, or receive crisis assistance that enables them to remain housed after requesting or receiving services.
Healthy Community (2-Gen Social, Health, and Well-Being):
Our Goal: Families are mentally and physically healthy and have the knowledge needed to access resources and services that help them meet their goals.
- Child's physical and emotional health develops appropriately, and needs are met. (Mentoring programs, counseling, case management services, peer support groups)
- Parent improves emotional, physical, mental health, and parenting skills to ensure their family can successfully navigate society. (Parenting support groups, counseling)
- Family relationship is strengthened.
Youth Opportunity:
Our Goal: Helping young people realize their full potential.
- Literacy Supports: Students receive literacy support to achieve grade-level reading proficiency.
- Out of School Time Participation: Youth engage in out-of-school time (OST) programs or receive individualized academic support.
- Individualized Supports & Mentorship: Youth receive individualized support, including mentorship, internships, employment opportunities, or skills training.
